Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mockly Studio (the “Service”), a web application operated by Mockly (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Mockly Studio is a studio for creating short-form vertical videos and publishing them to connected social media accounts, including TikTok. It lets authorized users assemble videos, review and approve them, and schedule them to be posted.

Eligibility and accounts

Access is by invitation and limited to authorized operators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Connected TikTok accounts

When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize Mockly Studio to act on your behalf to retrieve your account’s posting settings and to publish the videos and captions you choose, using TikTok’s official APIs. You choose the privacy level and settings for each post. You can disconnect the account at any time in Settings, or revoke access from your TikTok account settings.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to it.
• You must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of any platform you publish to, including TikTok.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service and to publish it to the accounts you connect.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers, including TikTok and AI/media and storage providers used to generate and host content. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers’ terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed or delayed posts.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
